We’re creating the next generation of ultrasonic bonding systems - combining precision mechanics, smart automation, and hands-on engineering into products that solve real industrial challenges.

Our team develops advanced mechatronic systems from concept to production. That means balancing and customer value and innovation with manufacturability, reliability, compliance, cost, serviceability. We draft, review, prototype, test, improve and repeat until the solution is truly production-ready.

  • Lead development of advanced mechatronic systems
  • Drive projects from concept to production readiness
  • Create clarity around project goals and restrictions, priorities and resources, as well as technical decisions
  • Build efficient workflows, development processes, and engineering standards
  • Mentor engineers and build a strong team environment

Your Profile

You are likely someone who enjoys both engineering depth and team leadership.
  • Strong experience in mechatronics development within industrial automation
  • Proven track record with small-series across the full product development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Methods and Standards, as well as experience with CREO, Windchill, ANSYS, or similar tools
  • Systems-thinking mindset with strong technical judgment
  • Leadership style that combines structure, ownership, and collaboration
