- Commissioning and parameterization of machines and components at the customer’s site
- Training and instruction of the customer’s operating personnel
- Active marketing of services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Modification of existing machines/systems according to customer requirements
- Fault analysis on ultrasonic welding machines, including maintenance of our systems and components
- Application-specific consulting for our customers on-site and in Herrmann’s own laboratory environment

Your Profile
- Electrical engineering vocational training or technician qualification
- More than 10 years of experience in an international service environment for technically complex products
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel globally
