Ihre Aufgaben

Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Business Kern-Applikationen im Unternehmen, immer mit Fokus auf die internationale Ausrichtung
Analyse, Neugestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Business-Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit unseren Kern-Applikationen, dies in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen und Stakeholder
Übernahme von (Teil- und) Projektleitungsaufgaben, Planung und Überwachung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Struktur innerhalb der Unternehmensarchitektur
Planung und Steuerung der externen Dienstleister und Partner

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und Anforderungen aus dem Business (ideal aus der Branche Maschinenbau und/oder fertigende Industrie)
Spaß an der kreativen Lösungsfindung für die Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder
Erfahrungen im Customizing von Business-Applikationen (wünschenswerte Skills im Bereich SQL, PHP, HTML, Power Plattform)
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gute Kenntnisse in Datenbankmanagement und Datenanalyse
Systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Starke Kommunikations- und Schulungsfähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten

Your mission

Maintenance and further development of the company's core business applications, always with a focus on international orientation
Analyzing, redesigning and continuously developing business processes in connection with our core applications, in close cooperation with the respective specialist departments and stakeholders
Taking on (partial and) project management tasks, planning and monitoring time, costs and quality
Ensuring data quality and structure within the company architecture
Planning and managing external service providers and partners

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Very good understanding of processes and requirements from the business (ideally from the mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing industry)
Enjoy finding creative solutions for the needs of stakeholders
Experience in customizing business applications (desirable skills in SQL, PHP, HTML, Power Platform)
Good knowledge of German and English
Good knowledge of database management and data analysis
Systematic and structured way of working
Strong communication and training skills
Team player and ability to work effectively with different departments
