- Preparation and processing of internal and external customs-related transactions and formalities
- Preparation and processing of customs declarations, shipping documents, and supporting documentation (e.g., A.TR., Certificate of Origin, Export Accompanying Document)
- Communication with customs authorities and coordination between internal stakeholders and external service provider
- Handling of exceptional cases and ensuring timely, solution-oriented follow-up
- Maintenance and administration of data in customs and ERP systems, including export monitoring
- Support for customer inquiries related to customs and export order processing

- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
- Professional experience in customs processing (import and export)
- Enthusiasm for managing operational shipping and customs processes
- Experience with PPS/ERP systems, preferably abas, as well as MS Office applications
- Strong customer and service orientation aligned with our company culture
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and a quick grasp of new concepts
- Hands-on mentality and proactive approach to work
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
