- Representing our NONWOVENS business unit as a trusted advisor internationally at all decision-making levels
- Providing strategic support and expanding key accounts in an international environment
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing and marketing tailored solutions
- Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Service to develop economically compelling customer solutions.
- Actively contributing to profitable growth (budget and KPI targets)
- Conducting market, competitive, and potential analyses to further develop the sales territory
- Travel within the sales territory (approx. 30–50%)

- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in key account management in the mechanical engineering or technology industry
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Intercultural teamwork skills
- Initiative, enthusiasm, team spirit, and a willingness to travel
