Ihre Aufgaben

Im Project Management Office übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für strategisch wichtige Projekte der Produkt- und Organisationsentwicklung – von der Idee bis zur Serienreife. Mit technischem Tiefgang, unternehmerischem Denken und klarer Zielorientierung führen Sie interdisziplinäre Teams und gestalten aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte mit End-to-End-Verantwortung – von der Auftragsklärung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Dokumentation
Fachliche Führung und Steuerung interner sowie externer Projektbeteiligter über alle Phasen hinweg
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Fertigung, Supply Chain und den Geschäftsbereichen
Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität – inklusive Budget-, Ressourcen- und Termincontrolling
Identifikation und aktives Management von Projektrisiken durch ein professionelles Risikomanagement
Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Lösungsansätzen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards in einem innovationsfreundlichen Umfeld mit Offenheit für Best Practices
Optional: Leitung ausgewählter Organisationsentwicklungsprojekte

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä.)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in der Leitung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte im Maschinenbau
Nachweislich erfolgreich umgesetzte Produktentwicklungsprojekte
State of the Art bei Methodenkompetenz im Projektmanagement sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholdermanagement – von der Teamabstimmung bis zur Präsentation auf Geschäftsleitungsebene
Hohe Umsetzungskompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, gepaart mit Überzeugungskraft, Konfliktfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz im dynamischen Projektumfeld
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

In the Project Management Office, you will take responsibility for strategically important product and organizational development projects—from the initial idea to series production. With technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and clear goal orientation, you will lead interdisciplinary teams and actively shape the future of our company.

Independent management of complex development projects with end-to-end responsibility – from order clarification to successful implementation and documentation
Technical leadership and management of internal and external project participants across all phases
Close cooperation with the development, production, purchasing, and business divisions
Ensuring project goals are met in terms of costs, time, and quality – including budget, resource, and schedule control
Identifying and actively managing project risks through professional risk management
Technical and economic evaluation of solution approaches in coordination with the specialist departments
Further development of our project management standards in an innovation-friendly environment with openness to best practices
Optional: Management of selected organizational development projects

Your profile

Completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or similar)
Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in managing complex development projects in mechanical engineering
Proven track record of successfully implemented product development projects
State-of-the-art methodological expertise in project management and confident use of common tools
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management – from team coordination to presentations at management level
High level of implementation skills and sense of responsibility, coupled with persuasiveness, conflict management skills, and leadership skills in a dynamic project environment
Business fluent in German and English
