Ihre Aufgaben

Sie haben ein Gespür für effiziente Abläufe und möchten mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Einkauf echte Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann verstärken Sie unser Team als operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) und gestalten Sie Beschaffungsprozesse aktiv mit - strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und zukunftsgerichtet.

Eigenständige und termingerechte Beschaffung von Materialien, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen - von der Bedarfsermittlung über Angebotsanfragen und Preisvergleiche bis zur Bestellung
Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Dispositionsmethoden und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Materialstammdaten sowie Lieferanteninformationen im ERP-System
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen wie Konstruktion, Qualitätssicherung und Logistik

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Industriebranche
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise ABAS ERP, und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise im Team
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Your mission

Do you have a flair for efficient processes and want to take on real responsibility with your experience in purchasing? Then join our team as an operational purchaser (m/f/d) and play an active role in shaping procurement processes - in a structured, solution-oriented, and forward-looking manner.

Independent and timely procurement of materials, components, and services—from determining requirements to requesting quotes and comparing prices to placing orders
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability
Continuous improvement of scheduling methods and further development of processes
Participation in the selection, evaluation, and further development of suppliers
Maintenance and updating of material master data and supplier information in the ERP system
Close cooperation with internal departments such as design, quality assurance, and logistics

Your profile

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional qualifications in purchasing or supply chain management
Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering or a comparable industrial sector
Confident use of ERP systems, ideally ABAS ERP, and common MS Office applications
Organizational and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working in a team
Business fluent German, both written and spoken, good English skills are an advantage
