- Independent and timely procurement of materials, components, and services—from determining requirements to requesting quotes and comparing prices to placing orders
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability
- Continuous improvement of scheduling methods and further development of processes
- Participation in the selection, evaluation, and further development of suppliers
- Maintenance and updating of material master data and supplier information in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as design, quality assurance, and logistics

Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with additional qualifications in purchasing or supply chain management
- Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering or a comparable industrial sector
- Confident use of ERP systems, ideally ABAS ERP, and common MS Office applications
- Organizational and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working in a team
- Business fluent German, both written and spoken, good English skills are an advantage
