- Ensure smooth building operations by monitoring, operating, inspecting, and troubleshooting building services and technical systems
- Coordinate and manage external service providers for maintenance, repair, and servicing activities
- Perform and supervise maintenance work, repairs, and minor installations
- Provide technical support and independently manage small construction, refurbishment, and technical projects
- Support lock and key management systems as well as operation and maintenance of technical equipment
- Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas (green and paved surfaces)
- Monitor, analyze, and document system performance, energy consumption, and fault reports
- Participate in an on-call duty rota to ensure operational readiness outside regular working hours

- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), plumbing, building technology, or a comparable technical qualification
- Proven experience in maintenance, servicing, and operation of building systems (TGA / building services engineering)
- Knowledge of facility management processes and technical building equipment
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service and customer orientation with a high sense of responsibility
- Experience in coordinating external contractors and service providers
- Good organizational skills and confident use of IT systems (e.g., maintenance software, ticketing systems)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call service
