- Monitoring, operation, functional control, troubleshooting, and adjustment of building technology/building services equipment to ensure ongoing operation.
- Independent organization and coordination of the deployment of external companies and maintenance/repair work by subcontractors in consultation with the supervisor.
- Independent execution or supervision of repairs and minor installations.
- Technical support or independent implementation of (re)construction measures and small projects.
- Supportive supervision of locking system management.
- Support in the operation and maintenance of technical systems.
- Assistance in the maintenance of green and gray areas in the outdoor area.
- Monitoring and documentation of operating conditions, energy consumption, and fault reports.
- Participation in on-call duty for troubleshooting outside of regular working hours.

- Completed training in electrical engineering, plumbing, heating or air conditioning technology, building automation or a comparable technical qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance and servicing of building services equipment
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented approach to work
- High sense of responsibility and strong service and customer orientation
- Experience in dealing with external companies and coordinating maintenance and repair work
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty outside of regular working hours
- Good organizational skills and confident use of common IT systems (e.g., fault reporting systems, maintenance software)
