- Calculation and optimization of process times, as well as the development of assembly concepts and production layouts
- On-time and cost-effective industrialization of new products
- Coordination and implementation of product and process changes in accordance with a defined change management process
- Implementation of technological specifications from development into assembly, as well as initiation and evaluation of new manufacturing technologies
- Creation, maintenance, and management of production-related documentation in the ERP system to ensure stable process capability

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering, preferably in assembly or mass production
- In-depth knowledge of lean production methods, process analysis, and production planning
- Experience in launching new products as well as in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and, ideally, CAD tools
- Analytical, structured, and self-directed work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of technical aptitude
