- End-to-end responsibility for complex development projects – from defining the scope of work through to implementation and the handover of a high-quality, documented deliverable
- Technical leadership and management of internal and external project stakeholders across all project phases
- Central interface function and close collaboration with development, manufacturing, procurement and the business units
- Ensuring project objectives are met in terms of time, cost, quality and scope, including budget, resources and schedule control
- Active risk management: early identification, assessment and consistent mitigation of project risks
- Technical and economic evaluation of proposed solutions in close consultation with specialised departments
- Further development of our project management standards with an openness to best practices and modern PM approaches
- Optional: Leading selected organisational development projects of strategic relevance

Your Mission
Your Profile
- A degree in a technical subject (industrial engineering, mechatronics or equivalent)
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing complex development projects, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
- A proven track record of successfully delivering product development projects through to series production
- Expertise in state-of-the-art project management methodologies and confident use of standard PM tools
- Strong leadership skills, high assertiveness and confident stakeholder management in relation to senior management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach, combined with strong decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility
- A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and the ability to manage conflict effectively in dynamic project environments
- Very good written and spoken German and English
