- In-house partner for our technical sales team and a knowledgeable point of contact for customer enquiries
- Processing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and handling orders in both domestic and international markets
- Coordinating and monitoring the timely processing of orders and dispatch
- Independently processing and following up on incoming leads
- Supporting and developing relationships with smaller existing customers following successful induction
- Preparing analyses, reports and presentations using standard MS Office applications
- Working closely with the Sales, Production, Dispatch and Service departments
- Providing support at national and international trade fairs and sales events

Your Mission
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Several years' professional experience in internal sales or order processing
- An aptitude for sales, as well as an enjoyment of client contact and service-oriented communication
- A basic understanding of technical matters and an interest in products that require explanation
- Good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, initiative, organisational skills and a team spirit
