- Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Assisting with applicant management, particularly in reviewing and pre-screening applications, as well as scheduling interviews
- Communicating with applicants, e.g., by sending acknowledgments of receipt, invitations, and acceptance or rejection notices
- Maintaining and updating applicant and employee data in the HR system
- Preparing intermediate and final employment references
- Maintaining and managing digital personnel records
- Handling general organizational and administrative tasks in the HR department
- Assisting with HR projects as well as with the optimization and further development of processes

Your Profile
- Enrollment at a college or university, preferably in programs such as business administration, business psychology, human resources management, or similar fields
- Initial exposure to HR topics through academic studies, an internship, or a part-time job is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus
- A structured, carefully organized and independent work style
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive personnel data
- Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with applicants and employees
